사실 일지를 매일 작성하는 것이 아니라 주말에 밀린 일지를 작성을 하고 있다. 주말은 쉬어야 되는데 무언가를 해야 된다는 압박감 때문에 쉬지 못하고 있다. 최대한 주말에는 짐을 줄이도록 하자. 주말은 최대한 여유를 확보하도록 하자.
on off가 명확해야 된다. 주말에 편히 쉬지를 못하니깐 매주 회복이 안되는 느낌이다.
