【 Reflect 】
새벽에 일어나 아침에 공부를 했다. 아침형 인간이 되기로 결심했다. 저녁에는 될 수 있으면 일지를 쓰면서 하루를 반성하면서 마무리하려고 한다.
앞으로 습관으로 자리를 잡을 수 있도록 반복할 수 있도록 하자. 잠들기 전 하루를 되돌아 보면 항상 아쉬움이 남는다. 그래서 자기 전에 무언가를 더 하다가 잠을 드는 편이다. 이러한 것들은 좋지 못한 버릇인 것 같다. 자기 전에는 모든 것을 내려놓고 편안하게 잠을 자되 새벽에 일어나 재정비를 하도록 하자.
