【 Reflect 】
시험일이 다가오고 있는데 공부를 못하고 있다. 공부계획에 대한 강도는 매우 높게 설정했는데, 계획을 실천 못 할 때마다 밀려오는 자괴감이 크다. 공부계획은 그렇게 잡으면 안 된다는 것을 또다시 느꼈다. 객관적 판단이 부족했다. 이러한 오류는 줄여야 된다.
나의 성격을 나타내는 MBTI 결과 ENFJ 보더라도 J 계획적인데 반면 판단을 F 감정적으로 하기 때문에 이러한 현상을 겪는건 아닌지 생각된다. 계획을 매번 세우는데 감정에 의해서 과하게 잡는 경향이 있다. 이러한 단점을 알게 되었으니, 계획을 수립할 때는 최대한 감정을 배제하도록 노력해 보자.
